About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in London. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a recruitment consultant role in any industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from candidate acquisition through to negotiation of final salary and offer.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate records and manage recruitment pipelines.
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Work extremely well under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple daily tasks.
- Handle sensitive and confidential documents.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Confident in candidate sourcing through various channels.
- Target-driven with a proactive and professional approach.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
