Qualifications

• 12+ months experience in recruitment or sales, with a proven record of managing high-value accounts and delivering exceptional results in specialist or professional sectors.
• Demonstrable business development skills, including a proactive and strategic approach to client acquisition and relationship management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, coupled with a consultative mindset that aligns with client and candidate priorities.
• Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to inspire and lead others in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
