Locum Clinical Pharmacist

We are recruiting a Locum Clinical Pharmacist to work for a GP Practice in Bude.

Main Duties

Medication reviews, NOAC reviews, hospital discharges, medication switches, SMRs and some chronic disease management relating to medications.

The successful candidate

• Registered Pharmacist with Advanced Practice Masters qualification in Pharmacy
• Non-Medical Prescriber desired but not essential
• Experience of working within a GP Practice essential

Based on site - NO REMOTE WORKING. Lovely, friendly and supportive team. Immediate start.

£28 to £35 per hour. Paid weekly.
