The Opportunity
Join our expanding Nottingham office and start your journey as a Recruitment Consultant. You’ll work with top‑tier clients, place candidates into specialist markets, and develop business skills that can set you on the fast track to management.
What You’ll Do as a Recruitment Consultant
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates across niche global markets.
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interview prep, feedback, and negotiating offers.
- Win new client accounts and develop your business development skills.
- Master proven recruitment and sales techniques in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
- Enjoy autonomy over your client interactions and decision‑making.
