What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders in complex organisations
• Book and attend client meetings to understand hiring needs and offer tailored solutions
• Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver strategic pitches and recruitment plans
• Become a market expert, trusted by both candidates and clients
• Support junior colleagues in meetings and development
