I’m working with an award-winning, multi-disciplinary creative agency based in the heart of East London’s buzzing design scene, and they’re looking for their next brilliant designer. This studio is design-first at its core. While branding is their heartbeat, their projects span digital + motion, campaign + event collateral, and standout social content. They partner with bold brands, ambitious organisations and visionary teams who want to cut through the noise and stand out on their own terms. Hybrid | 4 days in the Shoreditch studio | Flexible working

What They’re Looking For

  • A standout portfolio that showcases your creative thinking and conceptual strength
  • 3+ years of experience in a design studio (branding studio experience is a big plus!)
  • Strong skills in branding with an eye for digital, motion and type
  • A creative spark who’s always pushing ideas further and elevating concepts
  • Someone collaborative, curious and full of positive energy
  • Competitive salary of £40–45K
  • A flexible working setup (usually 4 days in their Shoreditch studio)
