You will run an autonomous business unit taking overall responsibility and accountability for the operations including team members, daily activities, and the resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals. Leading the team by example your focus will be to build a vibrant, safe and welcoming community our residents enjoy being part of.

Key Role Responsibilities

About You

You should possess a good level of general education and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ideally, you will have completed ARLA and IRPM courses, and while experience with property management software is preferred, training will be provided. A solid understanding of UK Health and Safety policies, supported by recognized training such as IOSH or NEBOSH, is highly desirable. You should have a proven track record of driving leasing performance and managing operations within the property sector or a similar environment, along with experience in leading teams and delivering service excellence in a management role. Detailed knowledge of Landlord/Tenant legislation is essential. You should be a strong team player who can also work independently and take ownership of responsibilities. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, and strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial. You should have the numerical aptitude to support operational activities and demonstrate leadership capabilities to recruit, manage, and motivate team members, including maintenance specialists. Being self-aware and culturally sensitive, you should be able to tailor your communication and negotiation style to suit diverse audiences. A flexible and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced, evolving environment is important, as is a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional stakeholder experiences and a commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
