Executive Assistant to UHNW Founder | £80-100k | The Maternity Cover That's Actually a Career Catalyst
A longtime Executive Assistant, who has been with the Founder for over seven years, is departing to start a family. This role offers a high-exposure opportunity to learn from a driven Founder and the Private Family Office, with potential to launch your career further during a 12-14 month maternity cover.
Responsibilities
- Support the UHNW Founder across daily activities: diary, travel, and meetings
- Prepare board materials and create presentations
- Triage communications and filter what the Founder does not need to see or be involved in
- Collaborate with a dedicated Private PA to oversee all aspects of the Private Family Office
- Assist with personal family projects, philanthropy, and private family events
- Mentor and contribute to philanthropy projects alongside the Private PA
- Involvement with one of the Founder’s art collections
Qualifications / Experience
- Extensive experience supporting a UHNW Founder
- Ability to thrive in a high-demand, fast-paced environment
- Evidence of successful handover and exposure to UHNW environments
Salary and Duration
- Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 Basic salary + Benefits
- Duration: 12-14 months
Location and Hours
The role is based mainly in the office (9 am – 6 pm). Flexible work patterns are possible, with occasional evenings, weekends, and bank holidays when urgent matters arise, especially when the Founder is traveling.
