Role & Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in high-growth sectors, focusing on high-revenue generating partnerships with top-tier brands and advertising agencies based in the UK and beyond.
  • Revenue Generation and Growth: Drive significant revenue growth by developing and executing strategies for large-scale, multi-influencer campaigns. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Acquisition and Management: Actively prospect, pitch, and secure new clients, while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Contract Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations for high-value contracts, ensuring profitable and sustainable deals for the company and its talents.
  • Market Analysis and Insight: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and client needs, using these insights to inform business strategies and identify new revenue streams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with talent managers and brand management teams to create cohesive and effective campaign proposals aligning with talent capabilities and client objectives.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and strategies to continuously improve revenue generation processes.
  • Brand Representation and Networking: Represent the company at industry events and conferences, expanding the network of potential clients and partners, and enhancing the company's visibility and reputation in the market.
  • Travel for Growth: Regularly travel to hot markets, conventions, and other significant industry events to be the proactive "face" of the agency, fostering relationships and opening channels for agency growth.

Qualifications

  • 2-4+ years of proven experience in brand partnerships, sales, or a related field within the digital media, entertainment, or influencer marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the influencer landscape and the ability to match talent with appropriate brand opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and close large, customized content deals.
  • Ability to drive revenue, manage pipelines, negotiate programs, and lead business development.
  • Strong forecasting, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Proactive, independent, and committed to excellence.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all personality types and behaviors; flexibility and adaptability along with ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent brand, agency and/or talent references.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of clients, from startups to established brands.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform sales strategies.
  • Demonstrable proficiency using CRM tools like HubSpot for effective pipeline management and sales tracking.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about digital media, influencer marketing, and creating impactful brand campaigns.
