The Role: Marketing Graduate

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be directly involved in live, face-to-face campaigns that connect clients with their customers. From brand promotion to customer engagement and campaign performance, you’ll gain real-world experience in what it takes to grow a business in a competitive market.

You’ll:

• Work directly with customers to represent client brands
• Plan, execute, and refine in-person campaigns
• Build customer relationships and generate engagement
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing strategies

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of client campaigns
• Represent products and services through direct, face-to-face interactions
• Gather customer insights to shape campaign development
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise performance
• Participate in market research and competitor analysis
• Manage brand messaging, customer feedback, and client communication
• Track campaign results and suggest improvements
• Attend regular training sessions and workshops
