(Senior) Marketing Executive – Membership Organisation

Permanent | Remote-First with Occasional Travel – Must be UK based

Our client is a leading independent membership organisation, connecting professionals across the UK & Ireland through high-profile conferences, awards, webinars, and networking events.

They are seeking a hands-on, creative, and commercially minded (Senior) Marketing Executive to lead on multi-channel campaigns, grow event attendance, boost membership, and promote sponsor opportunities.

The role:

• Create engaging email campaigns and targeted content.
• Manage and grow LinkedIn presence, from posts to campaigns.
• Promote virtual & in-person events (500–1,000 attendees).
• Maintain and update the website via a membership platform (CRM).
• Produce marketing assets – digital, print, and video.
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.

About you:

• Strong organiser with proven marketing experience in a membership organisation.
• Skilled in content creation, social media, and email marketing.
• Excellent copywriting and attention to detail.
• Confident with digital tools (CRM/membership platforms, analytics, design tools).
• Willing to travel to key events (Annual Conference in late Nov/early Dec, Awards Ceremony in spring).
