Your role
The Senior Analytics Specialist is a key role within the performance team to enhance Propeller’s analytics proposition. You will set up and use analytics tools to investigate customer journey and behaviour, solve problems and be the “source of truth”.
Key responsibilities
- Be responsible for setting up GTM containers and tracking
- Be able to draw insights from data and clearly expose to clients
- Leverage data effectively and gain valuable insights to support our outputs
- Hands-on implementation of clients’ analytics accounts, including properties, user management, dashboards, and reporting
- Analyse data from multiple sources using Data Analytics tools
- Assist in monitoring and implementing analytics and marketing tags
- Analyse and report on test results, communicating actionable insights to clients
- Work collaboratively with the other departments, ensuring a complementary approach between the different services
