TEAM LEADER & GROUNDS MAINTENANCE OPERATIVES – CHELMSFORD
UK LANDSCAPES LTD is looking for a Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative based in Chelmsford. This is a mobile role covering multiple commercial sites across Essex and surrounding areas.

- Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
- Location: Chelmsford, Essex (mobile)

Responsibilities
- Lead a small team to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial properties including retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools, colleges, and public parks.
- Operate various hand‑held power tools such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters.
- Plan and execute regular site visits, ensuring high customer service standards and client satisfaction.
- Use the company van and mobile Ipad for equipment and reporting.
- Perform vehicle checks and maintain equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience managing a small team.
- Background in commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping.
- Proficient with hand‑held power tools.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
