Aircraft Engineer – Check Manager

Are you an experienced B1 and/or B2 Licensed Engineer with a passion for aviation maintenance? Looking for a leadership role where you can drive operational excellence and compliance?

We’re hiring a Check Manager to oversee and deliver base maintenance inputs, lead a skilled team, and ensure the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Managing and delivering allocated maintenance inputs on schedule
2. Issuing Certificates of Release to Service for specific aircraft types
3. Leading and developing a high-performing team within base maintenance
4. Monitoring progress, delivering daily production briefings, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations
5. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

1. B1 and/or B2 Licensed Engineer with C certification by aircraft type (A330/A320 type ratings)
2. 5+ years of Base Maintenance experience
3. Strong working knowledge of Part 145 aviation legislation
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
5. A flexible, problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment
