• Extensive experience in TPM implementation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Proven ability to lead and develop technically focused engineering and manufacturing teams
• Strong understanding of data-led performance management and process optimisation
• Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment
• A hands-on leader who can operate at both strategic and operational levels
• Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
