Duties
- Design of bespoke Control Panels from concept to completion
- Hands-on leadership, managing a small team of Engineers
- Opportunity for Chartership and Management training
- Work collaboratively with shopfloor and sales teams
- Relocation package available for the right person
- Salary bracket is for a Senior Design Engineer, with leadership / controls XP
Person specification
- Electrical Design Engineer with experience designing Control Panels or similar
- Some leadership skills, or the traits to step up into this type of position
- Commutable distance and happy to be in the office - this role is not Hybrid
