As a Diageo Engineering Apprentice at our Marshalls Road site in Belfast, you'll learn by doing, working alongside expert engineers, getting hands‑on with real equipment, and building your confidence one step at a time. You'll support day to day engineering tasks, help tackle technical problems, and share your progress through weekly reviews and project presentations.

This exciting programme will support you working towards a ENGINEERING Mechatronics, Level 5, Foundation Degree Higher Level Apprenticeship.
Covering a period of 3 years you will spend your time at college - SERC (South Eastern Regional College) - one day per week, with your remaining 4 days spent on site.
Suitable transport to and from work and college would be beneficial.

These assessment centres are on‑site and last typically around 3 hours. You'll meet members of the team and take part in activities designed to understand your strengths as well as having the opportunity to meet current apprentices and ask questions. This a positive and energising experience for everyone involved!
