Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Production Manager located in Livingston. The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, ensuring that processes are efficient, safe, and aligned with company standards and goals. Responsibilities include creating and managing production teams, monitoring quality control, planning production schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The role also involves liaising with cross‑functional teams, optimising resource allocation, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management, process optimisation, and workflow planning
• Detailed experience of regulated quality management systems and quality control, compliance standards, and health and safety regulations
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Proficiency in data analysis, production planning tools, and reporting
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional team environment
• Relevant education or certifications in production, engineering, or a related field
• Experience in life sciences or medical device manufacturing is a plus
