Field Services Engineer

This is a full‑time role for a Field Services Engineer at Guestkey Limited offering a highly competitive base salary working in central London with opportunities for international travel. As a Field Services Engineer, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting services for the installation and maintenance of premium access control systems.

Qualifications

• Field Service experience, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance of technical systems.

• A professional and neat personal appearance.
• Confidence in interacting with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent attendance to detail to ensure high standards are maintained.
• Experience in providing efficient and professional technical support to clients.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices for ensuring optimal system performance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in access control systems, electronics, or related technologies is required.
• A technical degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field is preferred.
