Data Centre & Construction Senior Consultant
A Mechanical Project Manager role overseeing planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver mechanical projects within scope, on time, and within budget.
- Oversee design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, plumbing, manufacturing equipment, etc.).
- Manage and coordinate project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports.
- Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality specifications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage risk assessments, mitigation plans, and change control procedures.
