Established Developer urgently require a Senior Town Planner to join their busy Land and Development team.
Responsibilities are to support the acquisition and post acquisition process, managing planning consultants and driving schemes through the planning process.
Sites will vary in size from 50 units upwards and in locations stretching across the South.
The company have an excellent reputation, a good quality product, excellent staff retention and a supportive team environment.
There are opportunities to be involved with varying sites and progress your career.
The ideal candidate will need to have planning qualifications coupled with experience at having either worked for a Developer or a Planning Consultancy.
