Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design management for a large-scale office fit-out project, ensuring compliance with design standards.
- Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to drive project success.
- Manage procurement processes and coordinate with supply chain partners.
- Oversee project timelines, risk management, and technical design reviews.
- Ensure adherence to design and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Around 10 years in design management, ideally from a specialist fit-out contractor.
- Expertise: Strong background in project management and procurement.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of fit-out design standards and best practices.
- Location: Based in London, with occasional travel as needed.
