Our client is seeking an experienced Field Engineer to join their Scottish team of engineers based around Edinburgh, Scotland.
Main Responsibilities
- SLA-driven EPOS and IT support for hospitality, retail, and healthcare outlets.
- Diagnosis and rectification of EPoS, networking, and network devices.
- Project work including AV, digital signage, and customer rollouts.
- Provide on-site support for EPoS, IT network/communications infrastructure, hardware, and software.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong understanding of EPoS systems and connectivity.
- Networking diagnosis and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent fault-finding skills.
- Customer-facing skills.
- Cabling infrastructure experience (Cat5, Cat6, wireless).
