The Role: Work onboard offshore vessels providing hands‑on engineering expertise during live project operations. Serve as the critical technical link between onboard teams, shore‑based engineering, and client stakeholders throughout project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day engineering activities during offshore campaigns
- Monitor operational performance and provide real‑time technical solutions
- Coordinate with vessel crew, project management, and client representatives
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and quality requirements
- Generate daily progress reports and technical documentation
- Respond to field challenges with practical engineering solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, Marine, or equivalent)
- Practical offshore project experience in installation or construction
- Hands‑on approach with strong technical aptitude
- Ability to work effectively under operational pressure
- Clear communicator comfortable working across diverse teams
- Available for extended rotational assignments offshore
