- Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and parts used to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience:Proven experience servicing and repairing air source heat pumps.
- Qualifications:Unvented G3 Certification and relevant certifications in renewable energy or heat pump systems.
- Skills:Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Customer Focus:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driving Licence:A valid UK driving licence.
