Responsibilities
- Installation of both AC and DC systems within the wireless telecommunications industry across the UK
- Test and inspection of all works and produce certification
- Be able to complete certificates correctly and to a high standard
- Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and in alignment with BS7671
- Be willing to travel
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrate understanding of the mobile network and Power Supply
- Experience in a Telecoms environment
- Good technical abilities
- Good knowledge of BS7671 and GN3
- Clear driving license
- Quick and logical thinking
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Be confident in taking decisions
- Good computer skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office pack
- Pay attention to detail
Required Certificates
- Full Qualified Electrician (C&G or Equivalent)
- 18th Edition Trained
- Requirements for Electrical Installations BS 7671:2018 qualification, C&G 2391-52 Inspection and Testing Course (Periodic & Initial)
Desirable
- City & Guilds 2396 – Electrical Design
- City & Guilds 2377 – PAT Testing
- Climbing or Working at Height (Rooftop) Trained and Certified (including Medical Clearance, RF Awareness Trained, First Aid Trained)
