Join our drainage team as a skilled CCTV Engineer conducting accurate surveys and reports using WinCan and advanced drain inspection equipment.

First Choice Drainage Solutions is a family-run business in the drainage, plumbing and groundworks sector. We are looking for experienced CCTV Drainage Engineer to cover our workload in London and the surrounding counties. This is a permanent role which would suit a well-rounded experienced CCTV Drainage Engineer working with Domestic and Commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Be experienced in the drainage trade
• Receiving work instructions/mapping and delivering on clients’ requests.
• Extensive knowledge using Solopro Plus system and Crawler system to be able to Quality check and produce high standard Survey reports. (or equivalent)
• Estimating for remedial works where required.
• Identifying opportunities for further works ie. Patching/Line Cleaning etc
• Establish and maintain relationships with Third parties.
• Computer literate and ability to work on systems/portals.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Hold valid qualifications in High Pressure Water Jetting and Confined Spaces.
• Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
• Be well organised and have a positive attitude
• Strong work ethic

Skills and Experience

Minimum of 2 years CCTV Drainage Engineer experience

• OS19X: Pipe Sewer Condition Classification’ and/or ‘OS24: Drain & Sewer Inspection’ qualifications preferred but not essential – training will be provided.
• Experience in all aspects of above and below ground drainage systems, blockage clearance, mechanical and HPWJ de-scaling essential.
• Water jetting Safety Awareness and Drain & Sewer Cleaning’ qualification preferred but not essential – training will be provided.

The position is road based in London and surrounding counties. Our main office is based in Harlow and there would be a requirement to visit the office on occasions such as meetings and collection of tools and parts.
