Gas Breakdown Engineer

Overview

Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are London’s largest, most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities. We have an exciting opportunity for a Gas Engineer to join our growing Domestic Gas team.

Role

Hours: 45 hour week 8-6

Pay: £30-45k + call out and over time = OTE £55/60k

Responsibilities

• Carrying out day-to-day repairs
• Fault finding
• Completing annual servicing visits
• Meeting first-time fix targets
• Maintaining high-quality standards
• Focusing on customer satisfaction
• Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays

Qualifications

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service
• The ability to work with a diverse customer base
