We have an opening for a Senior Water Engineer to join our client’s global consultancy. Our client is a highly established multidisciplinary design consultancy with offices across the world. Our client has expertise in more than 20 disciplines.
They deliver a wide spectrum of engineering and environmental solutions for both private and public sector clients, including property developers and contractors. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years UK experience in water services and preferably UK based work.

The role
- To oversee and support the preparation of preliminary design reports for both public and private clients
- To support the preparation of detailed tender reports, scope of works, specifications & pricing documents.
What you need to succeed
- Have a minimum of 5+ years post graduate experience in Civil Engineering.
- Chartered/Nearing completion status.
- Have experience in Water services including network design, pumping stations, WWTP, rising mains and/or UK water authorities.
- To have knowledge of government/public contracts and others such as NEC & FIDIC.
- Experience in flood risk assessments, fluvial hydraulic modelling or hydrology.
- Current experience in leading, managing & running Civil engineering design projects.
- Knowledge & experience of current codes of practice and design standards.
