Safety Process Engineer

Responsibilities
- Conducting risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential hazards, recommending suitable design solutions and risk management.
- Liaising with licensees, EPCs and end users in the development of interface risks and mitigations as well as overall plant requirements.
- Identifying and classifying hazardous areas and overseeing adherence to safety standards.
- Creating, maintaining, and verifying safety cases compliant with all regional regulatory requirements.
- Providing guidance on the selection and installation of pressure relief systems to prevent over‑pressurization and equipment failure.
Experience Required
- Degree in Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in industrial safety engineering, with a focus on safety at an industrial scale.
- Strong logical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough risk assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
