What You'll Do

• Lead the Team: Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and motivation to reach goals.
• Streamline Processes: Implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency in the warehouse.
• Ensure Safety: Uphold high safety standards and regulatory compliance, creating a safe workplace.
• Monitor Performance: Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster Collaboration: Build a team culture with clear communication and accountability.

This Role Would Suit People Who

• Have Previous First Line Manager Experience
• Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
• Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving
• Are natural leaders with excellent communication skills able to inspire and engage the team
