Responsibilities

• Perform field missions at customers (repair, installation, maintenance) with the required tools, technologies and documentation
• Inform dispatcher/planner in case of deviation of target time and inform when mission is finished
• Spare parts identification during missions
• Provide information for mission classification changes: billable, warranty, goodwill. Inform supervisors in case of damages to machine based on customer fault
• In-house service
• Perform briefing after an installation and complex repairs
• Send back spare parts and tools after mission
• Lead engineer for complex installations
• Report tasks to project manager during complex installations
