Key Responsibilities

Design and Technical

• Create and update electrical schematics using AutoCAD
• Design electrical systems for vehicles and auxiliary equipment
• Support PLC programming and control systems design
• Assist in electrical and mechanical testing processes

Leadership and Collaboration

• Lead a small team of electricians to deliver high-quality builds
• Work closely with sales and production teams to refine customer specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system delivery

The Person/Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design tools
• Experience in electrical design within a manufacturing or engineering setting
• Interest in PLC programming and openness to training
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems is a plus
• Experience in team coordination or leadership is desirable
