Purpose of the job:
The Project engineer in charge of the subcontractor follow up is responsible for the contract management of the IB subcontractors on HPC site.
He is a member of the HPC IBC project team and reports to the IBC EM2 Contract Manager.
In this context, the main missions are:
- To Manage the contract between Framatome IB and its subcontractor on HPC site
- To follow the realization of the contracts on site
- To manage the interface between Subcontractors, Customer and Framatome
- Change management

- Operationally to the HPC IBC Contract Manager
- Hierarchically to his IBC senior manager in Chalon sur Sane

- Previous nuclear experience - highly advantageous
- Ability to communicate (both internally and with the project or engineering groups or the customer and suppliers) and well developed didactic skills.
- Well-developed organizational and methodological skills.
- Ability to form quality relationships with the different units, both internally and with the customer, subcontractors and local service providers. Budget management and cost control, notions of financial control
- Ability to manage projects (meeting milestones, results), federate and get stakeholders on board
