Join to apply for the TEAM LEADER & GROUNDS MAINTENANCE OPERATIVES – MACCLESFIELD role at UK LANDSCAPES LTD. Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s required for the start of the new season in March. The role is mobile and covers Alderley Edge and surrounding areas.
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Required:
- Experience of managing a small team
- Working independently or within a small team
- Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
- Experience using hand‑held power tools (petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.)
- A valid driver’s licence
Job Description:
- Mobile round working on various multi‑site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces
- Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites
- Working within a small team
- Customer‑service interaction to ensure client satisfaction
- Vehicle checks
- Company van, mobile iPad provided
- Full PPE, tools and equipment supplied
Benefits:

- £30k‑£40k + based on 48hr per week pay through an annualised hours programme. Overtime may be available at a premium rate but not guaranteed
