A Fit-out Construction Manager is required for main contractor in West London.

The project is a major multi billion pound project working on mixed use scheme.

The purpose of this role for a construction manager is to oversee the fit-out of a major mixed use scheme, to make sure it is being completed on time and in the budget that has been set.

Ideal Candidate

• You must be degree qualified or to have a similar construction degree.
• You must have worked on major schemes in commercial offices, residential, or mixed use schemes.
• You must have a strong background in Fit-out.
• Interiors background is desirable.
• You will need experience in managing subcontractors.
• Health and safety certificate.
• CSCS card.
