Construction Contracts Manager

Overview

We are looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee multi-trade full fit-out projects nationwide. Based from Rotherham, you will manage several contracts from start to finish, working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams and travelling across the UK.

What you will do

• Lead multiple full-fit-out contracts




• Oversee design, manufacture and installation stages




• Ensure projects meet health and safety and building standards




• Manage subcontractors, resources and budgets




• Act as the main point of contact for clients




• Support project and site managers to deliver high standards

What you will need

• CSCS card and full UK driving license




• Experience managing fit-out and joinery projects




• Knowledge of health and safety and fire safety regulations




• Strong financial and leadership skills
