We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their expanding team. You will provide on-site support and maintenance, build strong client relationships, and contribute to system performance and optimization strategies.
This role offers technical delivery combined with customer engagement, ideal for a BMS professional who enjoys hands-on work and variety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site service, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and support for BMS systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through high-quality service.
- Perform system health checks, risk assessments, and recommend upgrades to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
- Collaborate with account managers and project teams to meet client objectives.
- Stay updated on BMS technologies and contribute insights on energy-saving and smart building solutions.
- This is a Monday to Friday role, with occasional flexibility based on project needs.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in BMS field service, familiar with systems such as Trend, Tridium, or Siemens.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills in software and hardware.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Ambition for future strategic roles (desirable but not essential).
