TEAM LEADER – GROUND MAINTENANCE OPERATIVES – DUDLEY
UK Landscapes Ltd is currently recruiting for the role of Team Leader – Ground Maintenance Operatives – DUDLEY.
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Region: Dudley

Responsibilities
- Manage a small team of grounds maintenance operators.
- Work independently or within a small team across multiple commercial sites (retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces).
- Plan and carry out scheduled maintenance and reactive work on sites.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Use a mobile van, iPad and other equipment provided by the company.
- Conduct vehicle checks and maintain equipment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience of managing a small team.
- Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
- Proficiency with hand‑held power tools such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- Ability to work independently and within a small team.
