A construction manager is required for a highly successful main contractor in South London.
The project is a major £1.8 billion project working on mixed use including residential, commercial, retail and restaurants.
The purpose of this role is to oversee the façade/external and mechanical and electrical phase of a multi‑billion‑pound mega project, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget.
Ideal Candidate
- You must be degree qualified or have a similar construction degree.
- You must have worked on major schemes in commercial offices, residential, or mixed‑use schemes.
- You will need experience in managing subcontractors.
- Health and safety certificate.
- CSCS card.
