Industrial Engineer

You will work closely with designers, supervisors, and fabricators to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve output without compromising craftsmanship. This role requires strong analytical skills, process improvement expertise, and a deep understanding of manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze production workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes and layouts.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Use data and performance metrics to drive decision‑making and process enhancements.
• Research and implement new tools, methods, and technologies to increase productivity.

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in process mapping, time studies, and workflow optimization.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and lean manufacturing principles.

Manage teams of fabricators, welders, and technicians, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to high‑quality standards.

Combine creativity with technical expertise, using design software and industry knowledge to develop functional and visually appealing pieces.
