Building Surveyor - Hugely Varied Work - Manchester
Location: Manchester (hybrid with site visits)

We’re looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to lead and deliver a range of construction and property projects. You’ll manage surveys, provide technical advice, and act as the main client contact while supporting and mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out building surveys and technical reports.
- Act as Contract Administrator/Employer’s Agent.
- Advise clients on design, maintenance, legal, and sustainability issues.
- Deliver services including PPMs, Dilapidations, and Party Wall matters.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure compliance with building regulations.
- Support and develop Building Surveyors and Graduates.
About You
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying (MRICS or working towards).
- Strong technical and client-facing skills.
- Confident managing diverse projects and teams.
