Building Surveyor – Hugely Varied Work – Manchester

Location: Manchester (hybrid with site visits)

Type: Permanent

We’re looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to lead and deliver a range of construction and property projects. You’ll manage surveys, provide technical advice, and act as the main client contact while supporting and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out building surveys and technical reports.
• Act as Contract Administrator/Employer’s Agent.
• Advise clients on design, maintenance, legal, and sustainability issues.
• Deliver services including PPMs, Dilapidations, and Party Wall matters.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure compliance with building regulations.
• Support and develop Building Surveyors and Graduates.

About You

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying (MRICS or working towards).
• Strong technical and client-facing skills.
• Confident managing diverse projects and teams.
