Senior Recruitment Consultant – Quality Engineer

Job Description
- Carry out product and process inspections, producing clear dimensional and performance reports.
- Operate laboratory and QC equipment, including tensile and hardness testers.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions.
- Assist with internal, customer and external audits.
- Contribute to FMEA, APQP, Control Plans and other quality planning activities.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015.
- Confident root cause analysis and problem‑solving ability (8D, 5‑Why, Fishbone).
- Experience in Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement projects.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools.
