We are currently seeking two experienced Mechanical Project Managers to join a well‑established M&E contractor’s London division, delivering commercial mechanical projects across the City of London.

The role will focus on delivering projects within live environments, managing fast‑paced “small works” projects with values ranging from £100k to £2m.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver mechanical projects from pre‑construction through to completion
• Manage works within live commercial environments, ensuring minimal disruption
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Manage programmes, budgets, and variations
• Liaise directly with clients and consultants
• Ensure health & safety compliance across all sites
• Oversee commissioning and handover processes
• Attend site and client meetings as required

Requirements

• Strong background working in live environments
• Experience managing small works projects (£100k – £2m)
• Strong commercial and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Flexibility to work out of hours when required to meet business needs
• £5,000 travel allowance
• 2.5% project performance bonus
• Employee‑owned business bonus
