- Strong people skills– you\'ll be working with customers all day via telephone, email, and Teams, so being presentable and engaging is key.
- Confidence in presenting– you’ll be conducting discovery sessions and product demonstrations along side our team of solutions architects and suppliers, so the ability to present clearly and concisely is important.
- Quick adaptability– you’ll receive training, but we need someone who can hit the ground running.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Hunting for new sales opportunities by understanding business leaders\' pain points and business objectives.
- Developing a sales pipeline and identifying when people are in the market to buy IT services (tech, cybersecurity, and telephony)
- Using Salesforce to record activities, update contacts, and keep track of leads.
- Assisting with writing proposals

- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work as part of a team
- Do you have a hunter mentality and are happy to make 75+ calls per day?
- A genuine interest in technology and cybersecurity.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work collaboratively.
- Organised, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
- Basic IT literacy (e.g. Microsoft Office, email, web research).
