HR Recruit is partnering with our industrial client for a stand‑alone HR opportunity. The role will report into the HR Director (based overseas) and will work closely with the UK Senior Leadership Team. The organisation is an SME in the UK but it is part of a larger international organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner/HR Manager or HR Advisor who is looking for their next step in their career and to join an international team. There is the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.
Role Responsibilities
- Advise and guide employees and managers on a range of HR topics.
- Contribute to talent acquisition processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and job offers.
- Own and manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
- Promote a positive work environment that enhances employee engagement and development; initiate training programs and workshop activities aligned with business needs.
- Represent the organisation in contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and fostering constructive employee relations.
- Maintain accurate employee data and records using the document management and HR systems and assure compliance with GDPR policies.
- Keep up to date with payroll regulations and tax laws, ensuring compliance and coordinating payroll activities.
Person Specification
- Ability to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business goals.
- At least 4 years of previous HR experience.
- Hands‑on approach and the ability to balance operational support with local and company HR projects.
- Good and up‑to‑date understanding of employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect easily with people.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner looking for their next role with the ability to contribute and be part of a small international team.
In return you will receive a salary of between £45,000–£55,000.
