Are you ready to take a lead role in showcasing the power of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to potential clients? This is a unique opportunity to shape digital transformation journeys by aligning Business Central’s capabilities with business goals through engaging demos, tailored solutions, and strategic insight.
The Role
Drive engagement and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central by delivering high-impact product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and solution walkthroughs across target industries.
Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to understand client requirements and translate them into tailored, scalable solutions.
Build and manage compelling demo environments that highlight real-world use cases and industry pain points.
Develop and deliver pre-sales content such as demo videos, whitepapers, technical guides, and success stories to support the sales process and elevate the customer experience.
Act as a trusted advisor for Business Central, helping clients understand the platform’s potential and ROI through effective communication and solution storytelling.
Support strategic sales efforts by identifying key opportunities, shortening sales cycles, and influencing decision-makers.
What You’ll Bring
Experience as a Presales Consultant or similar role with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Extensive hands-on experience with Business Central, including configuration, customisation, and solution design.
Experience in professional services, retail, or related industries; exposure to LS Retail/LS Central highly advantageous.
Knowledge of the broader Microsoft ecosystem and 3rd-party tools such as Power Platform, Continia, Tasklet, etc.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Track record of producing effective pre-sales assets and delivering high-quality solution presentations.
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital engagement tools for tracking customer interest and campaign performance.
