Interim HR Business Partner / HR Generalist – 12 Month FTC (London, Hybrid)

A highly collaborative, fast-paced global organisation in the financial markets space is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner / HR Generalist to join its International HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

This is a hands-on, broad generalist role supporting ~100 employees across International Technology and Corporate Functions (Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, IT). You’ll work closely with senior leaders in the UK and US, balancing strategic partnering with operational ownership and project delivery.

Ideal start date: February 2026 to allow for an extended handover.
