The Role/Duties:

• Liaising with buyers, vendors and suppliers
• Open home preparations
• Prospecting warm clients
• Lead generation
• Preparation for appraisals and listing presentations
• Nurture clients and generation of new leads and opportunities
• Attending open homes, buyer inspections, final inspections
• Relationship management
• After sales follow up

About you:

• Results driven and focused
• A confident communicator and well presented
• Have a keen interest in personal development
• A demonstrated ability to build effective relationships, resulting in loyal clients within the real estate industry
• A willingness to go above and beyond for your clients and team, with a genuine drive and passion for helping people
• Current driver’s licence and reliable car
• Current Certificate 1V in Real Estate Practice or Agents Representative Certificate
